I still remember installing a spare tire for a stranded lady off of Highway 77 in Bloomington when I was only 9 years old. I have always loved serving others and I really enjoy helping people with their Audi's! Audi's are the best built vehicles available today, and I am very passionate about the Audi Brand.

We have spent probably more than $500K with this dealership over the years and even when I met the general manager he barely gave us the time of day. Compared to the BMW dealership I visited in Bloomington last fall your dealership is falling way behind in service, promptness and facilities

The place was good and beautiful. The car is good and my mechanic said that as well so no problem there at all. However the dealer I was dealing with (Sam) didn’t feel reliable to me unfortunately. The first meeting was good but Sam seemed to be very convincing in his facts which we later found out that this was wrong. 1. He said the car was premium plus and I asked him twice and he said yes, after reviewing the car in detail is was not a premium plus but a premium. 2. He said the did not have navigation (he was very convincing) where I told him that it should and he answered again that this version was without a navigation, it turned out to be with a navigation. 3. He sent me forth and back twice to the dealership because he thought that my name was wrong (last name as my first name and visa verca) it turned out to be the right way. In general the feeling he gives to the costumer with false positive convincing man and with lack of focus on what he is dealing with was a major issue. However the coworkers were very nice, two people helped me with the paper and Jeff helped with the plates and even gave me keychain for the car keys, which was the first time I felt I was now dealing with AUDI! Thank you

We live in Minneapolis. We took our VW car to the Burnsville VW dealer and explained all the issues with it. They didn’t fix anything and car was still not driveable. My parents live in Rochester, MN & we have previously in years taken our VW to Luther Park Place for maintenance. I would rather drive 90 miles to Rochester for proper service than go anywhere else. When I called Luther, Jared was person I worked with. I explained all that happened and problems with car, it is still not ok and not fixed. I showed him the two separate bills from Burnsville guys who completely failed at any fixing. Jared took care of everything. He kept me updated and called each time the techs found a new important problem to fix in car. They missed NOTHING and fixed EVERYTHING. My 2010 VW is driving like brand new! I will always return to Luther no matter how far I have to drive ti get there. Absolutely worth it. Thank you Lither for all the work and care. I feel safe and secure driving and that is huge!

Was shopping for a brand new car and the X3 M40i caught my eye, once I spoke with James and Almin it confirmed that is what I wanted. We live in Minneapolis. We took our VW car to the Burnsville VW dealer and explained all the issues with it. They didn’t fix anything and car was still not driveable. My parents live in Rochester, MN & we have previously in years taken our VW to Luther Park Place for maintenance. I would rather drive 90 miles to Rochester for proper service than go anywhere else. When I called Luther, Jared was person I worked with. I explained all that happened and problems with car, it is still not ok and not fixed. I showed him the two separate bills from Burnsville guys who completely failed at any fixing. Jared took care of everything. He kept me updated and called each time the techs found a new important problem to fix in car. They missed NOTHING and fixed EVERYTHING. My 2010 VW is driving like brand new! I will always return to Luther no matter how far I have to drive ti get there. Absolutely worth it. Thank you Lither for all the work and care. I feel safe and secure driving and that is huge!

I had been trying to locate an Audi TDI for quite some time, but every time I called on one, it had already been sold. Park Place was nice enough to let me put down $1000 to hold until I could get down there the next day. I genuinely appreciate that they actually held the car for me. It was also priced higher at the dealership than it showed online, but they honored the online posted price. It’s really nice going to a dealership that has integrity and actually does what they say they are going to do. I live an hour away from this dealership, however when I need another vehicle in the future, I would gladly drive down to deal with Park Place again.

Very Poor Experience

My initial interaction was with Ms. Megan Gergen when she contacted me to discuss the vehicle after my inquiry from the “chat” option on your website. During our conversation, I requested a list of information regarding the vehicle. While she agreed to provide me with this information, Ms. Gergen actually never got back to me or provided me with any update. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were “welcomed” by the front desk staff, who appeared more interested with the conversation she was having with another staff rather than helping a customer. We waited over 20 minutes for Alain's (sales consultant) appearance and during this time, the welcome personnel failed to offer any sort of refreshment to ease this waiting time. Considering this is not my first luxury vehicle purchase and having visited luxury dealerships multiple times, I can safely say that offering refreshments is a standard gesture for clients. Mr. Alisa welcomed and walked us out of the building. At first he appeared friendly, however, as our interaction progressed the quality of his customer service declined dramatically. To begin, instead of walking us to the vehicle, he stopped at the front door of the building, handed me the key, and stated something along the lines of, “Here’s the key, get comfortable and adjust the seat. I’ll meet you there”. During our test drive, I had several questions for him, none of which he was able to answer, but continued to just say that “Volvos are great cars and well made”. Mr. Alisa had zero knowledge on how to operate the Volvo, the very car he is trying to sell me. I understand the vehicle is in a BMW dealership, however, a salesperson who is dealing with a client who is about to spend greater than $40,000.00 on a vehicle should be knowledgeable of the product regardless of the brand. After the completion of our test drive, we parked the vehicle and Mr. Alisa exited the vehicle and said he would be back. We waited in the car for about 10-15 minutes. He came back with the window sticker of the vehicle and handed it to me and again left. At this point, I am baffled by his unacceptable behavior towards my friend and I. He then left us in the vehicle for about 20 minutes so that we can have our chance to “play” in the car. He then returned and asked us to come inside so he can give us his business card along with a copy of the window sticker. Some days after the test drive, I called Mr. Alisa to discuss the terms of the vehicle and in this conversation, I confronted him about his poor behavior. His response was that the dealership is encouraging its staff to minimize speaking with clients due to COVID-19. I understand these are unprecedented times, however, clients do not deserve to receive mediocre customer service due to these catastrophic events. Further, Mr. Alisa’s demeanor did not stop at the dealership, it continued during our conversation over the telephone. When I asked him if he had information regarding some of the repairs performed in the vehicle, his response was, “Well you can call Borton Volvo, or I guess I can”. As a sales person, Mr. Alisa should have recognized it is his responsibility to go above and beyond to gather that data, not the client. After all of this, Mr. Alisa never apologized for his actions and failed to recognize his ability to create a respectful rapport with me. I left the dealership with a heavy feeling of angst and felt racially profiled. All 3 of the staff members I interacted with were disinterested in my presence as a client and showed no interest in my business. The customer service experience at the dealership is quite repulsive, specially for selling a line of luxury vehicles. It would be in Park Place's best interest to evaluate their current process and perhaps educate the staff on proper procedures to execute appropriate customer service. As I mentioned to Mr. Alisa, it makes a great difference to feel valued as a client and receive good customer service and attention regardless of whatever contrary reason one may have.

We've looked at cars on a day where it was pouring rain. It would have been beneficial if you had a covered area such as a carport or large space with a roof that we can look over cars. When we left the dealership with our car we noticed damage on there the next day that we could not see the day we purchased it. Also the sales person that we were working with and communicating with for a week via a text message(Brian) was a no-show even though he knew we were coming. He actually called and spoke with me that morning and asked what time we were coming With our Drive being an hour and a half to get to your dealership , it was frustrating that Brian was not available. Fortunately Nicole who helped us was available. And she spent a lot of time making sure that we got a card at fit my wife's very specific needs. It would definitely recommend Nicole for her attentiveness ,kindness and patience . The car buying process is very detailed-oriented and difficult for my wife and Nicole made the whole process very tolerable

Brad Johnson, the general manager was involved in the transaction we worked out a deal that was equitable for both me and the dealership. I can't say enough good things about the Luther Auto Group dealerships. This was an in-person experience so the Covid protocals were not needed.

Almin and Derek as well as Brad Johnson the general manager we’re very professional in their interactions and yet offered a personal touch as well. I was able to learn much about the vehicle I was purchasing and really appreciated that information.
