I recently leased a vehicle with Luther Park Place Motor Cars. The process was as stress-free as possible. The staff was knowledgeable and patient, courteous and efficient. The facility is comfortable and appealing. Other staff members with whom I did not work were friendly and welcoming. I had many questions about the lease agreement and they were all answered to my satisfaction, before I stepped foot in the dealership or made any indication of being committed to working with the dealership.”

“I worked with Sam on the purchase of our new, used, vehicle. I came right after work, which happened to be 10 minutes before close, and without hesitation, he asked if we needed help. He did not rush us, and answered all of our questions. Sam never threw a hard close at us, and I never felt obligated to make the purchase for keeping him after hours. After previous experience at other dealerships I would be hard pressed to go outside the Luther Dealership family if this is how they operate. We did have one minor issue with the vehicle making a noise, and Kevin Pose immediately had us bring in the vehicle and gave us a loaner vehicle while it was looked at. Kevin fixed the problem right away and apologize multiple times for the problem, which wasn't a problem because of the way he handled it. Again, just another reason that will bring me back to Park Place in the future for my next vehicle. “

“The service department at Park Place Motors is top notch. I have to drive 70 miles to get to Park Place Motors. The service manager reviewed the problem with my 2014 Passat that I had told them about during the scheduling process. They asked if there was anything else they should look at. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Everyone asked if they could get me coffee or a ride somewhere. Very courteous. They had to order replacement parts, so they set me up with a 2014 Passat loaner vehicle. My car was repaired within 36 hours. The receipt for the work had very specific documentation of the work performed and the parts replaced...ALL at no cost to me. This is a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. Fantastic service department.”


“My previous vehicle was rear-ended and ended up being totaled so I needed a new vehicle. I walked into a few dealerships, only to be ignored. The salesmen glanced my way and continued to talk to one another. Not that way at Park Place! From the time I walked in the door and throughout the entire process I was made to feel like a valued customer! Sam Castelli was the consummate professional - he took the time to review the owner's manual with me and explain what all if the buttons and knobs were for. No one else has ever done that! James Taylor was friendly and knowledgeable - he answered questions (mine and my friend's questions) - and the whole experience was relatively stress free and fun. Everyone there was kind and friendly - from the receptionist, to Dan (the finance man), to the other salesmen, and of course James. I am very happy with my purchase, and know several friends who have purchased cars there that all feel the same way. I would recommend Park Place to my family and close friends without reservation.”
